A good quick chuckle
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, it's light, funny, but really only get it if you are obsessed with Colbert.

Surprisingly adorably clever
Would you listen to I Am a Pole (And So Can You!) again? Why?
I have listened to it more than once
Who was your favorite character and why?
There is really only one character, however, the banter between Tom Hanks and Steven Colbert was fun to hear.
Any additional comments?
This was really clever, and Tom Hanks' Narration added a lot to it. It would not have been as good to read - something that is very rare for me to say. It's hard to describe without spoiling the surprise at the end. The proceeds go to a relevant charity. It is very short, yet very worthwhile.

A Totally Relatable Storyline
This story is a nonstop emotional rollercoaster with something everyone can relate to. I laughed, I cried, I cheered, I booed, I shook my head in confusion and despair. Tom Hanks is the only person with the range of talents that could do justice to Stephen Colbert's literary masterpiece. Thank you both for bring words on flat pieces of paper to an origami mind bending experience.
