Not a great book but the format/writing-style works fine for an audio book.

A Series Must-Have
Would you consider the audio edition of Gregor the Overlander to be better than the print version?
I love both the audio and the print version. I listened to the series after reading the books. The audio simply enhanced my love for the Gregor series.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Even though I adore Greogor, the main character, Ripread has a special place. Despite the gruff exterior, he has a noble and kind heart.
What about Paul Boehmer’s performance did you like?
Paul Boehmer was able to capture the nuances of all of the characters, especially when Gregor becomes the temperamental tween.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I love the entire series.

Suzanne Collins seems most well known for the Hunger Game series, however, this is a must-read series for the younger readers.

Excellent Series for the Whole Family
If you could sum up Gregor the Overlander in three words, what would they be?
I loved her work with the Hunger Games and was looking for something light and new to enjoy this summer. This series has really delivered for both me (The old timer) and my young son (10 yrs old). It doesn't take too much time to get to the hook and then we couldn't get enough. Great series.
