Narration is Amazing!
I really enjoyed listening to this heartwarming story! What really blew me away was how well Brendan Fraser performed all of the different character voices and often included sound effects! Absolutely amazing!!!

Some of Fraser’s best work
Love the story, and Brendan Fraser’s narration and characterization were excellent. My only complaint is that he seemingly added a religious expletive not in the original text, unless I just heard him wrong.

A pleasant surprise even as an adult
I honestly purchased this book for my kids and because I am a huge Brendan Frazier fan but I was pleasantly surprised listening to it even as an adult. It was a sweet story, while obviously intended for children, still had enough substance to keep me interested and entertained. The narration was honestly the best performance I have ever heard during my time on Audible. Brendan gave such unique life to each character that it often felt like you were a witness to the story as it played out instead of listening to someone else tell it. I highly recommend this to anyone, of any age, as a light hearted and enjoyable listen.

Awesome story, Awesome narrator!!
This narrator is so good and the story is so well written! The characters have their own disparate personalities and come to vibrant life with the voice the narrator gives to them. Highly recommended for any age group!

Great book!
This was a great book. It was suggested by a friend. I wasn't a huge fan of the narrator. Some characters he played very well and then others wasn't too good. I'm not sure if he tried too hard to add effects which took away from the overall story. Overall, I really enjoyed the book and minus the character or 2, it was narrated well.

Great fun
Bredan Fraser makes this book come alive - it is like going to the movies! We listened to it in the car and keep finding excuses to go on errands so we could listen to more!
