Over 2 million people have read the #1 New York Times bestseller Wonder and have fallen in love with Auggie Pullman, an ordinary boy with an extraordinary face. Readers have also been treated to three stories offering a special look at Auggie's world through new points of view. Previously only available individually, now they'll be published all together in one audio collection!
These stories are an extra peek at Auggie before he started at Beecher Prep and during his first year there. Listeners get to see him through the eyes of Julian, the bully; Christopher, Auggie's oldest friend; and Charlotte, Auggie's new friend at school. Together, these three stories are a treasure for listeners who don't want to leave Auggie behind when they finish Wonder.

I am not really great with reviews since I like everything and suspend reality quickly but I do it anyways. Umpire and classic books yay
This is a collection of 3 stories from kids who are in the book Wonder. It starts out with the antagonist from the main book, Julian, and tells his story from the fall to his redemption. The story is definitely the strongest of the three. The first half of his story is about his interactions with Auggie from his point of view and why he has such a visceral reaction. It does not excuse his bullying ever, but gives us a starting point on why it happened. The second part of his story is amazing. It may be better than the original book. In this section, Jullian visits his grand-mère in France and she tells him the story of her life, which changes his life. Powerful story. Julian is seen as a real kid with real fears, struggles, and joys. He becomes more than the obnoxious bully from the main book.
The second story is called Pluto and is about Auggie's oldest friend, Christopher. The story is good but after coming from Julian's story, it doesn't pack the same punch. This is the story where Auggie appears most in this collection. The story is good but it's hard to connect with Christopher because he just wasn't around in the main book.
The third story, Shing-A-Ling, is about Charolette, another one of Auggie's welcome buddies. It is about her becoming part of a special dance group and doing a big performance with two very unlikely partners, Ximena and Summer. This story is fun and fast. It is a good place to end on a high note.
If you are a fan of the Wonder story, these three short stories will round out your experience and give you a fuller view of that life is like at Beecher Prep. Well worth the listen.
Please write more!
There were too many to count. It was really neat to learn more about the key figures in Augies life.
Charlotte, Really felt like she was a well rounded and well developed character.
Yes, but unfortunately I have a job and family...so not possible.
I have my 5th grade students listening to Wonder right now...This will be the next thing we listen to as soon as we are done with Wonder. Does a great job teaching lessons about tolerance, kindness and diversity.
"Auggie and me" is an important and an awesome set of audiobooks.
Shingaling is not my favorite of the books but it is still a wonderful book!
Overall, I love the sequels to Wonder and they are so inspiring!
These three books are magnificent!! The story about Julian is very powerful and fixed is great insight into his characters life and surroundings. My daughter and I have read these books together and it has been a great bonding experience for us. Thank you so much for writing these, R.J.!
I loved this book and wonder but I am mad at the rather because she said she is not writing any more books the one wish I hade was that there was a lot more chapters to listen to I rely like this book it helped see how people felt like bullies they are nice but they do mean things wonder helped me see how people who have problem fell and their family and friend you should read every book she rights
This book is fantastic! My favorite book was Julian's chapter but the other two were great. I thought that the conculsion in Julian's chapter worked really well she also gave Julian a lot of depth and you could kinda understand why he was such a jerk. Pluto was probably my least favorite book but it was still really good I liked how they used a really minor character(Christopher) and gave him a whole storyline and life. Shingaling was awesome too. Shingling took a pretty much ignored character (Charlotte) and made her so complex. They also gave Xiemea depth and just gave you a better idea of what happened in the girl side during Wonder.
