One of my favorites

I got the book when it came out and loved it. When it can out on Audibles, I was blessed to get a copy. Cody Roberts did a great job of narration. I always enjoyed listening to him. He does a great job of doing both men and women's voices. One of the reasons I love this story is because I am see the main characters growing in character. Travis seems to become an adult by letting go of his childish ways. Josie's learns to trust again. Peggy Henderson did a wonderful job of showing life on the trail traveling in covered wagons. It is truly a great story and I recommend getting the audible version. It brings the story to life.

Amazing

This audiobook is fantastic. The reading by Cody Roberts was spot on. I love Peggy’s writing because it is something that I can listen to when my children are around as I complete housework!

Fabtastic

I was so excited to get to know that Josie was able to have her happily ever after! She deserves to be happy and secure.
I love hearing how each character gets to live their lifes!
Mr. Roberts voice makes it very pleasant to listen to the story.
Wonderful listening experience!
Highly recommended!

Harley’s hole is filling up!

The sage continues at Harley’s Hole. While Josie’s Valor could be a stand alone book it was such fun to revisit all of past characters that have ended up loving Harley’s Hole and the people that live there. The twists and turns that Peggy weaves throughout her latest book is such a fun read and left me anxiously waiting her next adventure.

Josie’s Valor

This is another well written book in the Wilderness Brides series. It was interesting to see how Josie and Travis fell in love and overcame their obstacles . I love the way Peggy is linking and combining the books in this series to give you a backstory on the places and people. I look forward to see what else she comes up. Great job Peggy and keep up the good work.

the narrator is what makes the story cute!

cute story line, excellent performance from the narrator! Cody Roberts needs to narrate all her books!

Book 4

This was probably the most anticipated book in the series! To finally be able to read about Josie and hear how her journey would go. Again great writing by Peggy. I can’t wait to see where the series goes from here if there is more books.

Beautiful Story

As I read/listened to the other books in this series, I wondered how Josie would overcome what happened to her and just who would be her love. This is the sweetest story written. Travis has always been the impulsive brother and an absolute pain in the side of Josie since their arrival at Harley's Hole. Thrown together to assist a Wagon Train back to Missouri, they each begin to see each other in a different light. The closer they become, it seems the harder it is for them to acknowledge their feelings. This story will always be one of my favorites.

Loved this book. I love the way the characters interact. It makes me feel like I am a part of the book. I love the way Peggy brings characters in from other books. The audible book brings it more to life and gives better meaning to the characters and their lives. Their struggles and loves.

Awesome story of the Hudson-Wilder clan

This is the almost last story of the Hudson-Wilder Clan. Fear, egos, and determination set in the western United States in the 1800's. We see two people struggle to find themselves taking a group of Women and Children back to Independence after deciding that the Oregon Trail is just too much. Peggy L. Henderson weaves this tail beautifully as Cody Roberts is equally phenomenal in his narration. This is the 4th book in the series but can be read as a standalone. Happy listening!
