Is 25 years long enough to forget your first love?

Vanessa Perry’s summer visit to her grandparents is even better than her dreams when she meets and falls in love with Makenna Markus. The teenagers quickly make college plans and can’t wait for Vanessa’s next visit at Christmas.

But Vanessa’s mother has other ideas, and does a terrible thing. Their lives will never be the same.

Do you believe in miracles? How about a Christmas miracle? Vanessa does. And 25 years later her son, two entwined trees, and a Christmas stroll just may be the Christmas miracle she always hoped for.

Christmas miracle

I was worried about these two ever finding a happy ending but was relieved that they won in the end. The narrator does an excellent job with the various characters. The writer gave me a quick, deeply satisfying read for this holiday season.

Second chance live can be the sweetest love story.

Jamey Moody continues to write the stories that fill your heart and touch your soul. April Doty brings the characters to life. This book about second chance love is a must read. Vanessa and Makenna are two young girls who found a forever love in each other. Vanessa has a mother so full of righteous hate she can't let them be together. 25 years apart is nothing for a love that transcends time. It takes some really wonderful twists and a miracle or two but love wins. This book will help you remember the joys of love, life and Christmas. It is beautifully written and spoken so you can feel all the life experiences of the lovable characters. Declan who is the someone special that brings them together is a gift. I so enjoyed the Book and the audible made for embracing a heart bursting for a lifetime holiday. A must read that touches so deeply.

Love really can conquer all

Sweet Christmas novella about first love being the forever love even after 25 years apart. These characters show what happens when true love stays within their hearts no matter how much time, hurt and pain have passed. Vanessa's son Declan adds even more emotional depth and humor to this story. Good narration and flow. Enjoyable and well written.

Love is the Miracle

I fell in love with Vanessa and Makenna when I the book about their love story. I must say that listing to the all the emotions that I felt when I read it is even more amazing. The narrator April Doty did a magnificent job of relaying all the feelings going on throughout the story. She also gave Vanessa's mom the best witch sounding voice it was perfect. The story is magical no matter how many times you read or listen to it. Twenty-five years is never to long to wait for your true love.
