A well-researched, well-thought out book with fascinating insight

This book is a very well-structured and well-presented study into the human mind, nature of our complex interactions as well as the power of verbal and body language. Apart from providing its readers with fascinating insights as well as scientific research on the art of interaction, it gives useful and grounded tips and guidance on effective communication strategies.

The author is clearly an expert on this topic and makes the book even more captivating by providing anecdotes and interesting case studies on the subject matter.

I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who has an intellectual or practical interest in the art of communication, as well as to anyone who might benefit from its many findings.

Communication Empowerment

Great book. Loved the narrator's tone, speed, and intonations. I generally like to read a book and then listen to it as I remember different points. This is one of those resources that gives you lots of tools to improve your communication. It is comprehensive but easy to understand. I loved the 7 principles that unlock the secrets of nonverbal communication. It really made sense. Other topics such as waking the awareness were powerful, especially in understanding the importance of internal and external awareness relating to chunking information. Great examples that are relevant to the workplace. I've read the other books by this author and have not been disappointed yet. If people followed this advice, they would feel very empowered indeed.

Great concepts and Advice to improve communication

Great book! Found this book provided very valuable information that was broken into easy to understand concepts. Especially when using my favourite chocolate - Toblerone - to explain one very important concept. The narration is easy to listen to and a credit to the author for also narrating this audio version. Easy to listen to and will be a great reference book when needed.

Wow!

This book exceeded my expectations and was so detailed in delving deep into the physiological explanations for the reasons contributing to either fear or confidence in speaking with people, amongst other factors. The book is fascinating and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to understand and overcome fear in public speaking or to others in general conversation.

Phenomenon book

This was exactly what I was looking for, a great book full of rich information on how you address anybody no matter who they are or what are their personalities, it helps you understand the science behind everybody's behavior and how to deal with it. the narration is great and makes you tempted to go on to the next chapter to find out more and more, I am actually planning to listen to it several times to absorb the knowledge better and ultimately can really talk to anybody. Great job!!! I love it...

So much is about listening

I’m impressed with the ability of the author to tie things together and circle back to earlier chapters to reinforce his point. I also love that accent.

Some fun tips to practice and learn

I enjoyed trying these tips and tricks . Some great pointers I will try to remember and use both at work and personally. I have already had success with a few , including managing my incredibly verbose friend who never leaves a gap for anyone else to speak. ( I had fun with this).
I expect will listen to this book again at some stage
