Hit Head On

I implemented some tips as a new team supervisor with a difficult employee I inherited. I felt better prepared.

Great at speaker, almost zero content

This is a hard review because (1) it’s free to members and (2) this book is simply an abridged recording of an onstage presentation. It is very possible the full onstage presentation and workshop was good. However, the abridged recording of it is nothing more than an entertaining string of, “Does anyone have any coworkers like this?” anecdotes. Yes, we all know them. It would be nice to know how to deal with them. This book gives you no specifics as to how to do so.
