Excellent book!

This book was well worth listening to. I’m someone who has read (or listened to) probably about six books on the subjective communication and this was definitely one that I would recommend. I’ll probably listen to it another one to two times at least.

Best book o dealing with people

I read many books in similar subject in sociology and personal development but this book is the best one. it teaches you all you need to deal with difficult person. Many books just provide a story parallel to the subject and does not give you the right tools and techniques to solve the problem. This book clearly identifies the problem, difficult people and how to handles them. If you have same situation or you want or you just want to improve your social skills please read this book, you will love it. It will arm you with right tools to handle narcist and difficult people.
