Narrators take turns reading
Didn't expect the narrators to have back and forth conversation, male to female but rather they take turns reading different chapters.
Shane has a wonderful voice, but why read the female part and vise versa for Marian? My expectation was for something more. BUT this style of narration does not require the narraters to be in the same location. Sigh. I feel cheated.
Also the author used today's language and views that would not have been understood in this time.
