A classic Tim ferriss piece

As you read/listen to Tim he introduces you to utilizing the learning curve and deconstructing skills to ultimately have a broad spectrum of masterful skills. Tim has done a good job in introducing the reader to the idea of minimizing effort for optimal benefit. A refreshing perspective for all the people who believe there's never any shortcuts in life.

Should say explicit

When you get to the sex chapters it gets pretty detailed. Technique is good, but I was a little flabbergasted because my assumption was “it’s going to tell you to have more sex or how get more libido.” It did, but it also gave you the smallest of step to improve not only your make sexuality but how to improve the sex for your female partner.

Worth a try!

Interestingly simple diet. Seems like it should work. We'll see. The rest seems to lack store scientific rigor but inbreeding, too.
