Interesting Info, but Felt… Disconnected??

I liked the data, but that’s really all it felt like it was. If I wanted a full book of data, I would have just read some peer-reviewed journals. I was hoping for more of Ferriss’s personality to shine through. The only area it seemed to was about sex, but even that was more clinical than I expected.

Abridged! Wtf?

I got to the end of the book and it said “this abridged production…” wtf? It never said anything about that earlier? Why don’t I get the full book?

Like the overall advice. Data is helpful and I’m applying it and getting results. But now also buying the kindle version as I feel there are holes. Probably because they cut them out of the book…

Quick and insightful

Surprisingly there are some nuggets of info you might take away about sexual pleasure too unless you’ve already figured them out yourself :wink:

Great Book

I enjoyed listening to this book for the weight loss ideas. I took lots of notes along the way. I skipped the sex chapter. Other than that it was perfect! Be the best you!

Fast paced.

I like that the story moved along. Many books like this one (non-fiction) get bogged down with too many FINE details. This makes it though for an audio book. Tim seems to hit just enough to get me motivated. There is a large .pdf file. Fifty something pages. That really helps. This 50+ page .pdf contains some pictures and we all know a picture is worth 1,000 words.

Depth of reaearch

Advice on multiple topics.
Would like a chapter on guys over 60 and how to incorporate the exercise chapter to avoid injury for 60 plus guys

Good read

Very compelling information. It’s not drawn out or vague in any way. I ended up ordering the paperback because I find it easier to go back and reference information that way.
