Captivating

Be sensible when you are trying to implement his ideas. For example if Tim lists foods you know upset your stomach, do not try them.
Another example: If you already have or are aware of sound ‘muscle building’ principles, do not try adapting Tim’s muscle building principles.
A 3rd example: If you know what you’re doing in bed, just skip that chapter.

Those things aside there are a few gems in this book that makes it well worth the cost and time allotted to listen to completion.
Tim is very knowledgeable. I picked up a few tips that will aid me in reaching the next level.

Expected just a bit more

I love his other book, 4 Hour Work Week, but was a little dissapointed with this one. I thought there would be more focus on things a lay-person could do and use. I wasn't quite as interested in learning about female orgasims as he was talking about them.

DO NOT BY THE AUDIBLE VERSION OF THIS BOOK

I love Tim Ferris books. And this one is great too. But there is no PDF attached to look at exercises. Nor even the names of the chapiters. They are named by number. I had to purchase (again) the kindle version in order to be able to undestand it. Don’t by the audible version.

Great book, I need to see actual plans in writing

Tim Ferris writes well. I need more printed examples of plans to apply this the way I want to. Just feel like the audio version isn't sufficient for applying the recommendations.

Good, but no replacement for the actual book.

I came into this knowing it was the abridged version, but I feel it's necessary to point out just how abridged it is. That being said, for most people, this covers the chapters that will actually be relevant and the narrator is pretty good.

Abriged and missing content

Great story's of success and awesome storytelling but missing lot's of content from the actual book. Also, the chapters aren't named and it's tough to go back and find specifics that you are looking for.
