Abridged!

This was great but I didn't see it say anywhere that it was abridged and I am thereforevery disappointed. Content was great, but now I have to read it in addition

Concise and awesomeness!

Transform yourself into a superhuman.. What else can I say? This has tips and tricks for you to lose body fat, weight gain and achieve a lot more regular everyday needs with your body. A must read for every man on earth!

Great book to re-think health, diet and nutrition

After reading the 4-hour work week, I read (listened to!) this next. Overall it is a great book with thoughtful and realistic ideas about my diet and nutrition. I liked his concepts of binge eating as well, which makes it more realistic as we all eventually succumb to our desires, so why not just embrace it as binging. All people have their unique bodies and needs for food, and this book gives good general guidance while accommodating for the fact that we all have different needs.
