The workout is kind of chaotic at times, one moment you're balancing in half moon pose, and in 1 sec you need to be standing in chairpose. Also the end is rather abrupt, there you are standing in shoulderstand and wondering how long you have to stay up there and then you get the audible voice all of a sudding. All in all this is a nice workout if you know the poses and now how to modify, it's also advisible to have a block at hand if you use those.
