"Does what it says on the tin"
More often that not I just need to listen to an audiobook to get me to sleep. However sometimes when I?m finding it particularly hard to just switch off and get to sleep then something a little stronger is in order and this does the trick.
Even if you think Hypnotherapy is not your thing then rest assured this is quite literally just someone talking to you in a very soothing voice with the sole aim of helping you relax, forget all your troubles for a while and get you a decent night?s sleep.
Nothing more , nothing less. It?s permanently on my iPod for sleep emergencies!
