This was not a bad book, but the narration was kind of monotone and almost sounded like a robot in places. When listing keto food options, would have been better if listed in measurements other than grams and percentages. Even as a new Atkins/keto dieter, I do not feel that I learned anything from this book. Might be good as introduction guide for people who have no idea what this type of diet is though.
