In this program of 5 points there is a large part which depends on the exercises. The exercises are NOT included anywhere in the book as a file you can find on the internet or in any form. Most audio books handle this by offereing a link where you can at least see the information they are narrating, but with this book you are just out of luck. I contacted the web site and they just said it is the way it is. This is unfortunate since I paid full price for this audio book, just as if I had bought the hard copy. I buy books this way because I live overseas and English books are difficult to come by. I give the book a low review because of this ommission and because of the customer help at Pamela Peeke's official site. They are unwiling to try and right this wrong.
When I started listening to this book I had the mind set on improving my health and weight but I was pleasantly surprised on what I was able to learn. It was the first time it was pointed out to me that if I would get my life in order my health and weight would follow. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with their weight and life in general.
Pamela Peeke is a great narrator. The quality of the audio is excellent. The content is great. Peeke breaks down, in simple steps, what it takes to be fit to live. Sure, there is some stuff we have heard before, but it's good to be reminded. Peeke is very motivating and the content of this book is a wake-up call. It's nice to have a doctor remind you that it's not OK to sit around and eat junk. We must move and eat well for our health, or survival, and our happiness. This is a great book to listen to walking or exercising. Loved it.
