I am often up and down with diets. I get on a kick every now and again. While I do not think this would be a good one for me, it could compliment a healthy eating system.
I really enjoyed the narration by Caroline Miller. She took this generally dry material and made it very engaging. Her pace was perfect for the material. I don't listen to a lot of non-fiction but what I have heard narrated by her as been a pleasure.
If you are interested in a different type of diet this could be a winner for you.
the only thing is I wish it had a pdf of the recipes like some of the other audios that I have purchased. Now I either need to write it down or buy the book.
I loved this audio book, it was easy to listen to, the narrator was great and made it interesting, and it wasn't very long. while listening to it, i had an easier time taking notes. Most of the recipes sound delicious and I can't wait to start by detox plan soon.

Yes I would! Some of the recipes in there sound really good! I always wondered how people used Kale.
The RECIPES! The Banana Avocado Smoothie really got my attention! The Bloody Mary sounded awesome too!
Caroline Miller has an awesome voice when it comes to audiobooks! Very easy on the ears & flawless! I enjoy listening to her voices. She actually made some of the recipes sound super tasty!
No, but the recipes are worth getting the book for! I really liked how the book started with the shopping list & advanced to daily recipes. All recipes were different for each day too!
I personally won't use the recipes as a detox, but will use as breakfast smoothies! We enjoy smoothies in our house & I needed some fresh ideas! Both the author & the narrator did a superb job on this book!
