fantastic

loved the flighty nanny-model, lots of people don';t know what they want out of life at that age. Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! good overall

Captivating!

Rafe has been traded to the Boston Brawlers and is starting over again after an ugly divorce. but as a single dad deeply in love with his daughter. His ex-wife was a supermodel and chose to go back to work rather than helping to raise her baby. He is in dire need of a nanny, as she quit just this morning. Zoey is a supermodel who just quit her job after the death of her grandmother. She needed a different path in her life to help her find fulfillment. Ryan's wife, Chelsea. suggests to Rafe that Zoey would make a great nanny and he decides to give her a try. He sees how well she gets along with his daughter, Lizette, and it's not long before he feels the same way. When he finds out that Zoey's a supermodel, albeit retired, his mind goes right to the ugly behavior of his supermodel ex. Can he get past that and see Zoey for who she really is? This is a sweet, somewhat bittersweet, story that give you all the feels. The narration is very well done by Paige Reisenfeld and Scott Rose. Their dynamic, well-modulated voices had the right pace, intonation and emotion to bring all of the characters to life. 

entertaining

I enjoyed the insta attraction and slow burn between Rafe and Zoey. Rafe's ex was a jealous money hungry harpie and very unlikable. Things progressed very quickly at the end. I would have liked more story between these two after they came to terms with their feelings and futures. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrators did a good job bringing the characters and story to life. I especially liked Rafe's accent- sexy.

So many emotions

Zoey and Rafe's story was beyond them, even little Lizette melts your heart. They had to fight through life's hoops, but came victorious in the end with an HEA better than they dreamed of. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this Audiobook.

Single Dad.

Loved this book! Zoey and Rafe's story was really sweet and I absolutely loved how much they cared for little Lizette.
It's very cute, heartwarming and quick read. Enjoyed this series.

Sweet, slow burn

Okay so this a sweet, slow burn with altruistic sexy characters with relationship hang ups.
Rafe is everything you would want in a man. Sexy, sweet, rich, dedicated to his daughter, single dad, with an accent. However after his witch of an ex-wife abandons them for a modeling career, he is predictably weary of relationships and especially models. But can't turn down the sexy Zoey when she offers her nanny services. Zoey is the altruistic super model looking for more meaning in her work who has the hots for her employer. It's a slow burn with characters who try not to cross the line...and fail at their efforts. Ex's and hangups get in the way as they try to navigate their tricky relationship. Sex scenes are not plentiful but they are good, coincides with the slow burn and meaningful relationship.

Narration (side note I listen to audiobooks at least at 1.5-1.8 speed):
Female: A, did really well male and female characters and accents. Great tone and inflection. Would listen to this voice again
Male: A-. His voice was really great and would definitely listen again. (-) because accents are hard, some harder than others, and he didn't always hit the mark in this aspect, at the speed I listen on. However, his non-accented voice is spot on and i don't feel like it impacted the story in any way.
Really enjoyed both narrators and would look to listen to more from them.

Enjoyable read/ list

I enjoyed this story. There is heat for sure but this is a slow burn that is about more than just sex. The characters come to like each other and then love each other in a beautifully developed story. I will definitely seek out more by this author.

Hockey Dad

It’s a new author and narrator for me and I was offered a code for this book.

What a gift. I love hockey book and single dad and this didn’t disappoint. The narration was great love dual narration.

I will be looking to the previous books even though this is a stand alone just realized it’s part of a series.

I enjoyed listening to Rafe and Zoey's story. Rafe has just joined the team from Canada. While at a get together he learns his nanny quit. Zoey an ex super model just lost her grandma and is trying to figure out what she wants to do with her life volunteers to help out. The narrators did a good job telling the story. Loved Rafe's accent. I was not a fan of the ending I think it ended abruptly.
