Publisher's summary

A riveting new haunted house mystery boxset that will keep you guessing until the end!

The Haunting of Abram Mansion

When Peyton and Benjamin Fletcher inherit a dilapidated house in the quiet town of Falconwood, Connecticut from Peyton's grandfather, all they want to do is get rid of it. Unfortunately, the will stipulates that the couple must live in the house for a minimum of six months before they sell it. As Peyton and Ben try to make the best of the situation, Peyton discovers the house is inhabited by ghosts, and they aren't happy with the mansion's new occupants.

The Haunting of Quenby Mansion

What was thought to be the solution to all of Evelyn Carr's problems is only the beginning of her nightmare. Creepy neighbors arrive unannounced, the town hates her for inexplicable reasons, and there's something inside of the basement. As a determined private investigator, Evelyn is hell-bent on learning the truth before the house tears her and her husband apart, figuratively and literally.

excellent

I love the story and narration! Nothing like a great haunted house mystery. The details were depicted with such detail. Loved it!

Good

Both stories were great, but the first one was more spine tingling to me. They both kept me guessing and held my interest. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrators did a great job bringing the characters and story to life.

Haunting of Peyton Fletcher: A Riveting Haunted House Mystery Boxset
By: Alexandria Clarke, J.S Donovan

The Haunting of Abram Mansion

This spooky, paranormal book was a long drawn out story that eventually moved on to an ending that was ok.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed by Gwendolyn Druyor.

The Haunting of Quenby Mansion

All I can say is this book put me to sleep. I could not get into it.

The narration was so so. Tia Rider put no inflection just read. Like I said it put me to sleep!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Meh But Sort of Entertaining

If you can put up with how stupid the characters behave at times it's not terrible. The story doesn't really work. One day deep winter where all the lakes are frozen, the next there is a thunderstorm when temperature is in the teens. They are doing millions of dollars of renovations on a single salary that pays $75k a year. Main character knows critical information that could keep people alive but doesn't share it. They inherit a mansion from a relative that died a long time ago, but they are just being told about it.... What about property taxes? The husband desperately trying to make marriage work... by acting like a sissy and treating his wife poorly. Just lots of holes that anyone over the age of 23 would just roll their eyes at.

I'm on the middle ground....

I like this set very much but...... I honestly did not like the main characters. I often felt they were foolish and made silly mistakes. Then I remember I'm not perfect. Even despite this I really enjoyed the books and would recommend.

misleading

only one book involves peyton fletcher, and the other characters around her that made that book endearing. the rest is unrelated forgettable fluff.
