Yesterday Today
I love history. This brief story reveals that since the beginning of the last century there were people then, as now, who stood up for those society looked down upon. Some of the issues that I stand up for today appear to “not be new.” Thank you.

Blue color hero
Dowd has shared a touching memoir of her early life and her father’s powerful influence on her. It is almost like Forest Gump in terms of her father’s association with famous people and historical events. Here is a man who has strong moral rudder. Wish it were longer.
