SO AMAZING! LOVED THE DUAL NARRATION!

This was a long audiobook but soooo worth listening to.

I was riveted to every second of this book. I loved the characters. I loved the dual narration and anything narrated by Joe Arden is always a winner.

This book had so many twists and turns. I could not stop listening until it ended. I had it going at work, in my car at home and was compelled to listen until the very end.

I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

The Edge Series (book 1 - 4) Amazing!

What an amazing book... so intense.. all the way

The most disappointing part is that I have finished listening to it. What a ride!!! Always intense, gripping and hot as hell. Sure there's lots of sex, actually, I don't think they do anything else together. Not even take a break for a peanut butter sandwich or something. Nope! Just kidding. The love between the two is so deep, involving and endless. The decisions they have to make over and over are so many and extreme. They somehow pull through. Get ready for pain, pleasure and love ... all intertwined into something beautiful.

I love the way CD Reiss writes with so much description and intensity... she is simply an amazing author! Loved the way everything is expressed. Definitely worth the listen. And, with Maxine and Joe, it's like watching a beautiful movie in your head. Their voices take the book to the next level. Perfection!

Do yourself a favor, don't miss out on this series. You'll love it. Enjoy!

Holy Cow

It was SO difficult to stop listening, making real life a chore sometimes. This book has the most intense storyline I’ve read in a very long time. It’s a must read (or listen to)!!!

I would never have picked this book up-- it just isn't part of the genres I generally read/listen to. Joe Arden shared this book on his social media and I had to give it a try. How does Joe Arden PUT SO MUCH into these characters?! This book messes with your mind, and had me dying to understand what was happening. Such an interesting story and I'm glad that I took a chance on it.

What a ride...

When this book was 3 (or 4?) separate books, it was rated quite high. I bought this book based on those reviews. I'm glad I did! The story was so intense and kept me on the edge of my (car) seat. I have a long commute but when listening to this book, I found I was looking forward to bad traffic. This excellent story was very well researched.

Top performance, great story!

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are incredible, the different voices for the different personalities are perfect, every sentiment is clear and sometimes devastating.
The story is captivating and the 18 hours fly!
Definitely worth the credit!

Interesting story

The story is more unconventional and is more original in many ways. In the beginning I was wondering how some of the violence fit in, but as the story unfolded it did serve a larger purpose. Joe Arden's performance was Amazing. There are several parts where you just FEEL. He wasn't reading the book to you... he was in it. I'm not normally a fan of Maxine Mitchell but I felt that this story really fit her style and where I usually find her style distracting, in this book it helped set the tone of the story.

Strange

I appreciate the abilities of CD Reiss, but this book was odd for me. I purchased thinking it was a romance novel and it isn't. It's more like a psychological military mystery with some sex scenes. The story seemed drawn out a bit much and I struggled to finish this one. The narration actually kept me listening...Great Job !

Erotica in Military Form

Loved it!! Caden and Greyson are a super couple because they got each other back. Each of them suffered a form of trauma in their past that they never dealt with. For it to come out in a way of split personality was great. I have two book in this series. I am no a fan if CD Reiss.
