Its a great direct compendium of CRM.

I was looking exactly for a text like this. A small, sweet and short summary of the importance of CRM and the thoughts behind it being implemented in a company.

Also, on a side note, I can't help to notice the over use of the word "pragmatic" across the whole book. 😃.

Besides that, everything is great.

Required listening on CRM

Great overview of the CRM world by its leading expert and proponent. Very clear, readable style, it conveyed a great sense of what CRM is and its uses in real business use cases. Chee accomplishes this without the technical minutiae that could make this topic less approachable. This should be required listening for anyone wanting a thorough study of this important new world.

Resourceful and impactful

Intelligently written and succinct, but covering a breadth of current and relevant material on CRM use across all industries. I intend to follow W.W. Chee for similar works.

Awesome if you don't have a clue about CRM!

We are currently in the process of evaluating a number of CRM products, and while the examples provided in this book are a bit dated, this book's philosophy is very much current. This book has helped to supplement my understanding of CRM and to has been instrumental in helping to shape our organizational approach to this expensive and time consuming investment. Well worth the read.

Great book!

This was very informational and helpful. I wish you spoke more on automation. One thing that we wished we did prior to the CRM implementation was solidify a integration partner. Although things are automated within the CRM there still things outside of the CRM that can still cause duplicate data, overwrittrn information, and manual entries. I am thankful ful we found AMSA Connect because it helped me understand you cannot have "a single source of truth" with completely automating the integrations to the local database.

Like Talking with a friend about CRM implementatio

Good overall introduction to CRM

If you have heard about CRM but don’t know what it is- listen to the book. It’s a good overall view of what CRM is and how companies use it.
The narration is smooth, clear and with perfect speed. If you know about CRM and you need to learn more in depth- I doubt if this would be a good book for you.

just tells you what you should already know about CRM systems

Doesn't provide any type of in-depth knowledge on how to use. complete waste of time and money.
