Everyone needs to read this book
whether you are a leader now or not, if you plan to ever build a team learning to be a great leader is essential.
This is the book that will teach not only to be a great leader and person but will also teach you to be very effective.
Ray and Jessica Higdon are the most amazing and most genuine people & trainers you will ever find. So I truly recommend learning all you can from these people and their books.
