Publisher's summary

Some curses cannot be broken. They must be faced.

As a teacher, a wife, and a mother, Anna Atticus Stone craves peace. But being a warlock champion means protecting the kingdom. It also means watching over her unruly daughter, Thia, who's fallen for a boy.

A boy who happens to dabble in—of all things—necromancy.

When that boy—and a deadly figure from Anna's past—involves Thia in an illegal warlock tournament, Anna must consider dusting off her dueling skills. But not all is as it seems, and when Anna discovers Thia has been cursed, she finds herself in an epic battle for her daughter's soul.

A battle that threatens to drag the entire family into Hell.

Anna faces her worst nightmares in this spell-binding and emotional finale to the Chronicles of Anna Atticus Stone, which delves into the life of one of the most beloved characters from the bestselling series The Arinthian Line.

Another Masterful tale of the Arcane Artist

The third installment of Anna Atticus Stone tells the tale of heartbreak and loss, but shows hope for the future. If you haven't read or listened to all of this Author's tales around the Arinthian Lineage you should not hesitate to do so!!

Excellent wrap up!

This book answered soooo many questions that i have been asking since burden’s edge. Sever Brony is extremely talented. I absolutely loved this series and have been reading since the first book. Throughout reading this final book in the Anna chronicles it made me miss the story so much. I also heard news that the author is writing a new book about the happenings of august and leera and everyone, so I am about to reread all the books!!

An excellent end to the prequel trilogy!

This book was very well written and performed! Moira Quirk did an excellent job bringing Anna, as well as the rest of Sever Bronny's world, to life! I can't wait for the next series!

Another win for this series!

Although this one had some pretty long slow moments (dove pretty deep into the thoughts and emotions associated with the events), it was still good enough to keep me coming back.

Fantastic conclusion to this series

I’ve been a huge fan of Sever’s work since I first listened to Arcane and I just want to say this is another excellent addition to the universe he has so lovingly crafted. His writing has only improved over the years and Flames of Stone is testament to that. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next book!

An enjoyable, if not a bit predictable, ending to the trilogy.

The bad guy was a bit overly telegraphed however I enjoyed not sacrificing a good narrative just to try and shock the reader with wild misdirections that don’t make a lot of sense.

Amazing series. Hope it's not the last book

I enjoyed this series. I can't think of anything I disliked. Well worth listening to all the books by the author. Performances by narrators are good too.

Ties stories together

Listening to this book is like watching a prequel to a movie knowing who will live and who will not. Would love to have a series between this and The Arinthian Line.

Flames of Stone

This whole series has been enthralling and entertaining. This book especially connects with me as Anna is now my age and figuring out life’s changes. I hope there’s more of this amazing strong woman’s story.
