Beware of Fond
What did you love best about First Comes Marriage: A Selection from Married in Seattle?
I loved sophisticated Anton being called Gramps and his ability to watch over what he loved.
I loved Janine's love zest of life.
Three stories in this series have more self imagine issues than I like in my heroines.
DO NOT MISS "Father's Day" by this author. It will grab your heart and make you laugh. That heroine is strong and the most loving of mothers.
Would you be willing to try another book from Debbie Macomber? Why or why not?
In this series, you must like short stories. If you live a hectic life, but want a quick uplifting story to brighten your day, then these stories do the trick.
Yes, but it depends on the reader. I purchased this due to Ms Dawe reading it.
Dan John Miller, Natalie Ross and Sandra Burr also do justice to author's work.
What does Angela Dawe bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I am a big fan of Ms Dawe, especially her male and children's' voices. In the 4 books, of Ms Dawe reading this author's work, her faster pace really matched what the author had in mind to bring these wonderful character's to life.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
when our hero realized life would be boring without our heroine

These four books, including Father's Day come in a set of two. If you don't like short stories, then get Father's Day in a single listen. I prefer singles as I can re listen to it easier. If the set is on sale, don't pass it up.
