Finding the Power Within

Got this book done in a day! Total cliffhanger at the end and I think I have an idea of what is to come in the next book. I kinda of didnt like Anna much at the end of the book but I think it will probably make more sense in the upcoming one.

Never disappointed!

I love that each time one of these books ends I’m left wanting more. Lucky for me there is one more to this series. I’m going to get it right now. Absolute must reads!

Do not waste a credit!

Omg! I cannot believe I wasted my time listening to the 3rd book. The first two were okay, I enjoyed the plot line. But the 3rd was ridiculous!!!! I kept waiting for Anna to get a clue and show some back bone. Every time I felt she might figure it out she went back to her self-doubt tirade. Give me a break!!’

I wanted to like it.

I really wanted to like this story. The idea and world created would have been great. However, the charter evolution was lacking, the narrators made the already lacking characters worse, and the word choice used for descriptions constantly made me cringe.
I think the author could really make this story work, but they need to evolve first

Its a Great story!!!

The story is great the narrator sucks!! she reads like a kid in school. she pauses all the time in weird parts of the sentace and makes a grown woman sound childlike. It's still worth listening to cause the story is great.

books 1 & 2 Great, this one fell short

So, I really enjoyed books one and two, they were very well written, fun to listen to and the storyline went really well. This book... Well it starts off with Anna being kidnapped, and she's kidnapped pretty much all through the book. So the camaraderie from the first two books of getting to know and adjusting to her new pack was not present in this book. It was almost like the first two books were her coming to realize how much she loved the guys and coming to understand the dynamic of the pack and what she meant to them, only to be taken from them in this book and learn a new way of life. I understand the storyline for it, she's learning magic and to become her own person, but not the direction that I thought the storyline was going to take. Especially because I had to buy this book, and the next book (it's not included in the Amazon package). There were a few hot romance scenes, but they seemed to be just thrown in to take up space. There also seemed to be a lot of retelling of storyline, recaps throughout the book of things we already learned in past books. Now the narration, the narration itself was good, however to listen to them talking normal I adjusted the speed to 1.5X. I listed to over half the book at 2X the speed! At over 100 audible books so far, this was the first one that I've ever done that to. Reading some reviews for the next book, I may call it quits on this series, unfortunately. I loved the characters, but it just turned into... maeh

Good narrator but dragged

The narrator was great, but the story felt like it jumped around in parts and dragged on in others. The heroine spent way too much of the book in the fey realm which I found to be repetitious and dull. Plot changes popped up willy nilly, briefly, then we were back to dragging along. It didn't make a lot of sense. The Pack Master needs to develop a personality, if he's a love interest, and the cliffhanger ending was awkward. This frustrated me, and I don't know if I will continue or not.
