Publisher's summary

Hugh Drake, the most whimsical member of the Drake family, wants a clutch badly...and despite his sanctioned period to reproduce nearing its end, he just might get his wish.

New information has emerged that suggests Disgraces are dragons and able to bear eggs. All that’s left to do is find one Hugh can tolerate, and who better to help him find his perfect match than his steadfast and faithful secretary, Finch?

If only Finch were a Disgrace, but alas, some things simply aren’t meant to be.

Sensible and straightforward, Finch has served as Hugh Drake’s secretary for more than a decade and secretly loved him for just as long. Hugh is the light of his life, but he’s also entirely too gullible, which is why Finch refuses to believe his claim that Disgraces are dragons. They’re not. Finch would know, since he is one. But that little fact will have to stay a secret because Finch would rather his love go unnoticed than be the one who breaks his dragon’s heart when he fails to produce a clutch.

Finch is a hilarious omegaverse mpreg-ish romance set following the events of the Forbidden Desires series. It contains an adorably clueless dragon, a faithful secretary whose heart is invested in more than just his job, the best Funfetti cake ever, “slippery” situations, and a single amethyst cufflink. For maximum enjoyment, Finch is best listened to following the events of Clutch, Bond, Mate, Swallow, and Magpie.

Excellent story and Excellent audio

Micheal really does a great job of bringing the characters to life in this series! This book was no exception.
The birthday scene is probably my fave. An under the influence Hugh is a hilarious Hugh. Finch and Hugh are perfect for each other..too bad neither one sees it until it because even obvious to them.
Their relationship developed quickly after Finch needs help and only Hugh can provide it. There’s some twists and turns I did not see coming and I loved all the voices Michael assigned to the new characters.

This was a delightful audio and made me smile a lot! Loved it!

Fun read

Great ruanchy heat sex, fun dragon shifters, just the right amount of angst and obliviously in love alpha antics. A great listen all around.

love it so much

It's review time 🎧
Warning ⚠️ : mpreg, mm romance.

Narrator score🎧 ; wow, Michael Ferraiuolo out done him self, as always he was brilliant. But he really out don't him self with one unexpected voice 🤣🤣😍 i love him for it.

Level of steam🔥: well it is for all intense and purposes a slow burn, and its absolutely perfect 🤣🤣 i can't see myself listening to something fast with a character like Hugh 😍😍😍 he's just too precious for this world.

Level of anxiety and sadness0😱😢: well, its a full series of comedy. Its not a sad story and Hugh is just perfect as a funny character.

The book itself📖: ohhh I waited for this book so much, and it didn't disappoint me at all... the book is funny and precious, I really don't know who is more precious Harry or Hugh?... I can't decide on the matter..... Finch is an incredible character as well... and I love him so much.

Hilarious! Funfetti! Hugh and Finch are adorable!

Ohhhhh HUGH! You dumb dragon! I mean that in a loving way, I promise! What a naive, innocent, that-went-over-my-head Drake brother, and I just loved him. Hugh is the brother that has been desperate for a family of his own from the beginning. He enlists the help of his favored secretary - Finch - not knowing that he shouldn't be looking very far at all for his perfect mate.

Finch is a disgrace/dragonet - although he prefers to keep that a secret. He grew up during a time when being a non-shifting-dragon was viewed as shameful, and doesn't believe in the breakthroughs that Harry and Everard are researching and testing. He's in love with his boss, Hugh, but doesn't want to disappoint him by not being a matched pair.

I LOVED these two idiots HAHA. All the little moments of Hugh unknowingly courting him, of mistaking wanting him as part of his horde not just WANTING him, and these two stumbling together on the way to love.

I also loved all the cameos from the other couples. While I guess you could read this as a standalone - first off, why would you want to when there's a whole story for Harry LOL, and I do think you'd enjoy it more reading in order. There is a growing overall story arc of bringing equality to the dragonets and I just love that. And I love seeing the kids growing up (OMG DARWIN!) and how happy everyone is. So much to love with this series, I just adore everyone.

Now these two have got me curious with Perry's past and what's going on with Perry and Sebastian, and I'm SO glad we are getting a story for them next! And we need a story for Bertram.

THE BEST AUDIO EVER. ♥HUGH♥

THIS.BOOK.IS.EVERYTHING!!!!!!

I can't tell you how much I love Hugh, and OMG Michael did an amazing job with this audio. I think this is the best audiobook of his EVER.

I laughed many, many times, and I'm glad I listened to it at home, becaue this is not for public listening! Prepare yourself, and don't listen to it on the street, because you will laugh out loud and people will think you are crazy.

Hugh's voices is perfection, and I can't wrap my head around how perfectly brings Michael this characters to life. This is the most important thing in audiobooks, giving life to characters, and bringing all the emotions to the reader/listener.

The funfetti cake scene is hilarious in every way possible, and there weren't better thing in history then high Hugh, and never will. I don't know who's idea was that but man, it's the best thing ever.

This book is perfection in every edition, and after I finished it I shouted a loud NO, and started it over again! So, so good!

Excellent narration and fun story!

Another great addition to the series! This might seem like it’s supposed to be an angsty story, but I laughed and smiled the whole way through. Hugh is an adorable and oblivious goof, and Finch is his routine-oriented, rule-following rock. Their love is evident from the very first chapter and it’s lovely to see their relationship grow.

This world is so much fun, made better by an excellent narration. I loved reading these and now love listening to them even more. Michael has a crazy awesome range and nails the snooty dragon vibe perfectly.

Cute, Adorable, and Slightly Emotional

If you've read the other books in the series, you probably already know what to expect: MM Romance, Dragons, A/B/O

I will say this one might be my favourite of the series or one of my favourites. This one is mostly fluff and hilarious moments with some serious things mixed in. Both of the main characters are a little bit dumb in their own right, but in a very endearing way and their individual stupid-ness compliments the other. They are very cute together. There is longing, obliviousness, sweetness, and very loving vibes. It's a good book to read if you want a happy and lovely book, which was exactly the mood I was in when I started it. This book had me laughing out loud a few times and there wasn't a moment I was enjoying or very into the story.

Scott, Kelly and Ferraiuolo do it again!

I love and adore this series. Scott and Kelly have created a world full of quirky people, brimming with interest and character. Dragons should not be that believable! I was close to tears from the hopeless longing between Hugh and Finch, and I loved both of them for their kindness and their adorably odd traits. Ferraiuolo's narration lifts it all, and how he manages to make a cast of characters this size recognizable by voice alone is beyond me. I really cannot wait for the next book!
