Cosmic Cupcakes

Loved it. Lorelei King puts just enough Southern twang in Lizzies voice to destinguish her character from the Stefanie Plum series. Im a baker so I love listening to this on my way to work! Made me lol several times. Janet Evanovich is great that way. Highly recommend.

entertaining as usual

I loved the mystery and laugh out loud moments. Janet's writing never gets old and I've read or listened to everything she has completed.

Not terrible, but not for me

I suggest listening to the sample before buying. The dialogue is very childish and cringey in places. I get that its supposed to be a silly and comical book, but they acted like preteens instead of adults. Wasnt a fan of the narrator, she did that annoying pronouncing of "wh" words like Stewie from Family Guy saying whip. Got it on sale for $5 so not too upset, but I won't be getting the others.

This is the first book from this author i have listened to. It was so nutty and funny. It wasn’t the best ever storyline. But it didn’t have to be. I will listen to more just to see if they are this funny. Definitely will put you in a good mood!

I loved it!

Yes, it is very similar to the Stephanie Plum books, but if you like them, you'll like this, and it will help you manage while you're waiting for the next "Plum" installment!

Fantastic book

Fast paced & turns on a dime. Keeps you guessing. A few things are predictable but it keeps you laughing.

Fun story

Loved the characters Nd the return of Carl. The Virginia accent kept slipping, but I still love Lorelei's narration.

Diesel and Lizzy hot anticipation

I love the tension between Diesel and Lizzy, the guardians they have surrounding them and the cute unawareness of Glow.

Wicked Appetite

Evanovich spun off the character Diesel from the "Plum Series". This follows the same light hearted, tongue in cheek style. The characters are interesting and funny. This was an ideal release for the Halloween season. This book leaves you laughing. Lorelei King is great narrating this book. Evanovich is a master of dialog.

This one made me laugh out loud - and was simply fun. Janet Evanovich and Lorelei King have a combined talent that makes quirky characters into people that you would really like to meet. I actually like this one much better as an audio book than I did in print and can't wait for the next book in the series.
