Be prepared not to rush through
This novel is to Scotland in the 18th & 20th, what Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings was to Middle Earth. Incredibly researched, (like James Michener), story line totally unpredictable, even though history tells you the outcome, it’s about how we get there. Thus the title, VOYAGER or OUTLAND (the TV series). The best ( 1 ) Audible credit you can spend.

Exciting and wonderful as usual!
Diana never fails to bring me to the 18th century. I love all the details in the book. I’ve read some reviewers that hat the 5 min descriptions of simple things but I love them. She’s painting a picture and it is so well pained I can see it and feel like I’m there seeing, touching, smelling and then honestly hating to hit the pause button for the night😭 well written and narrated and definitely worth the credit but start from the beginning if you are new to the Outlander series!

Diana Gabaldon is amazing.
Where does Voyager rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Voyager was my first real audiobook, ever. The narrator, Davina Porter, was born to narrate this series. I have now listened to her for the vast majority of the books, this one being the first.
Who was your favorite character and why?
It's impossible not to respect Jamie Fraser!
Have you listened to any of Davina Porter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This was my first audiobook; and I have now listened to Davina Porter for the rest of the series. She is terrific in all of them!
