Can your favorite hockey players finish their first season together undefeated?

Five months in, NHL forward Ryan Wesley is having a record-breaking rookie season. He's living his dream of playing pro hockey and coming home every night to the man he loves - Jamie Canning, his longtime best friend turned boyfriend. There's just one problem: the most important relationship of his life is one he needs to keep hidden, or else face a media storm that will eclipse his success on the ice.

Jamie loves Wes. He really, truly does. But hiding sucks. It's not the life Jamie envisioned for himself, and the strain of keeping their secret is taking its toll. It doesn't help that his new job isn't going as smoothly as he'd hoped, but he knows he can power through it as long as he has Wes. At least apartment 10B is their retreat, where they can always be themselves.

Or can they? When Wes's nosiest teammate moves in upstairs, the threads of their carefully woven lie begin to unravel. With the outside world determined to take its best shot at them, can Wes and Jamie develop major-league relationship skills on the fly?

Warning: contains sexual situations, a vibrating chair, long-distance sexytimes, and proof that hockey players look hot in any shade of green.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! Because it is amazing!

What other book might you compare Us to and why?

Him, obviously. I haven't found a book like it and I love it so hard!

Which scene was your favorite?

Ah fever dreams? Redemption? Mosey neighbor? Green shirts? Hard to say, loved them all!

If you could take any character from Us out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Ah I couldn't choose the are all fantastic. You just wish they were real because they are so awesome!

Any additional comments?

This story Him & Us are the two best m/m books I have ever read/ listened to. They are real, and probably provide more insight and understanding than they were intended when written. Brilliantly performed and so absolutely worthy of any accolades or awards.

I want to know them and be friends for real!

I really loved HIM and US was just as amazing! I love the combo of Bowen and Kennedy. The emotional rollercoaster of both stories was so enjoyable and the journey of the two characters from start to finish was just PERFECT. I'm ready to read both books again!

Amazing Sequel!!

I could not love this book any better if I tried! I loved Him and I love this story more. I just wish there was a book three. I have become totally attached to the characters in the story and want to learn more about them. Blake had me rolling on the floor laughing. All in all, this was one of the most enjoyable books I have listened to.

Wonderful!

I liked this continuation of Wes and Jamie's story more than the first book, "Him". Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton were awesome narrators.

This was a sweet, romantic, yet sometimes sad, and a bit painful look at Wes and Jamie working to become a couple, but not being able to be a couple in public. The writers gave a good sense of the fear, anxiety, hesitation, anger and sadness that many couples experience while attempting to navigate life and a relationship with a little more. Added to that, I felt that edge of resentment that often arises when trying to determine how much each partner contributes to a relationship, but from a slightly different POV.

The introduction of Wes' teammate, Blake, added a level of humor and lightness to the story that made the book even more enjoyable.

Once again, an enjoyable listen via Audible Escape. Onward to "Epic"!

Better Than Book 1, "Him"!

I wanna listen to it over and over again... but I like to hear the story behind Wes’s Family and I’m still debating whether to listen to Blake’s story... arrrg decisions decisions. Again THANK YOU Elle and Sarina. And of course this book made it so pleasurable to listen with the sexy voices of Teddy and Jacob.
