Isaac and Stacy Montgomery have been married for ten years. They have a beautiful new baby girl, Isaac's construction business is thriving, and Stacy enjoys being a stay at home mom, reviewing sexy romance novels for her blog. With a very large extended family, and the many privileges they enjoy, Stacy will be the first to admit that they are blessed beyond measure. When suspicious phone calls and text messages begin, Stacy questions Isaac's faithfulness for the first time in their marriage. She knows that a new baby brings changes into a relationship, but has the stress of parenthood sent Isaac into another woman's arms, threatening to destroy their marriage? This With Me in Seattle novella shows us a glimpse into Jules' brother, Isaac, and his wife Stacy's lives, introduces us to some new characters, and reminds us of what it means to reconnect with the person you love the most, even if they never left in the first place.

A short love story that I could personally relate to; the struggle for having children and anxiety to no longer be attractive in the eyes of his lover. Short and sweet!

adorable story

I hate the “male” voice she tries to use for Isaac .... yuck he sounds like that creepy guy that you always try to avoid. Makes my skin crawl... couldn’t even finish listening.... ick.

Ugh!

So this has a pretty standard story but it kind of goes all over the place and it didn’t really do you were saying much of anything. Unfortunately it’s not specific to Christmas really it just happens to take place around then and the story is not as strong as some thing that you’re looking for in a Christmas short. When our female narrator was speaking as our female protagonist she was great. She’s wonderful as a kids she’s wonderful as all the other girls in this book. She is horrible as the man. She has this low gravelly voice that makes them sound evil or like pedophiles. It made the love scenes so awkward I almost had to shut off the book multiple times. I’m so sorry to be rude and I never leave negative stuff unless less it’s really bad and believe me this is really bad! This was just an uncomfortable read for me.

HORRIBLE narration for 50% of it

The voice of Issac is super annoying. Robotic and horrific. Couldn’t finish because the voice was too annoying.

Narration is awful

Audible Plus review. Stacy's POV until the epilogue which is Isaac's POV. Book 2 of 20 in the With Me In Seattle series. Narrators do a good job. Interesting look into a married couple's life after infertility issues & a baby. Trigger warnings: wife suspects husband of cheating.

**uncertain of the spelling of character names**

Isaac (aka Eyes) is the oldest of 5 siblings,  works in construction, married to Stacy for 10 years, has a tattoo on his shoulder blade, and has a 4 month old daughter. Stacy Montgomery (aka Stace) blogger of reviews for romance novels, Isaac's wife, struggled with 3 years of infertility before Sophie was conceived and suspects her husband of cheating after he gets a text message at Thanksgiving dinner & leaves to answer. Stacy tries to find out who it was but he changes the subject. On Black Friday the girls go shopping for the sales, Isaac sends her several sexts that she suspects are proof that he's cheating. She goes home, confronts him & finds out her cousin is coming to visit with her kids under bad circumstances, that he loves her and wants to rekindle their love. They go for a weekend away at a cabin. They go home & later visit the zoo with their family. Stacy has headaches, goes to the doctor, & goes for a follow up to find out that she's pregnant.

Epilogue Isaac's POV, she surprises him with the photo announcement of her pregnancy. Then there are 28 minutes of 'Fight With Me' the next book in the With Me In Seattle series.
