fun "guide" though, I think a little more research needs to be done because weapon systems do not act the way the max Brooks describes them in here.

Great Text

This is the definitive manual for the modern Zombie Prepper. Takes you thru the common misconceptions, and some excellent ideas for how to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your possessions during the inevitable undead apocalypse!

Entertaining

I've listened to this audio book several times. I am a fan of Max Brooks and it is clear the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree. My only real disappointment with this book is that I wish the author had done a little (lot) more research on the M16 platform. I roll my eyes every time the book gets to that section. It's only the longest serving individual firearm in U.S. military history and the most popular firearm in the U.S. civilian market. Maybe that section of the book is due for an update? Otherwise, if you have a sense of humor and like zombies, this book is well worth the credit!

Definite must read! Great book, and great narrator! So much useful information, great listen for a long car ride, will keep you on your toes the entire trip!

Solid

Nothing to write home about the narrator does a decent job but seeing as this is quite literally a survival guide there isn't much to work with or to challenge the narrator. An entertaining and surprisingly in depth survey of how to survive before during and after a zombie apocalypse, if you're a horror fan there's a lot to like here but be aware that it's somewhat dry material.

if you like this, you will LOVE World War Z

interesting. not as good as World War Z. if you are into zombies, this is worth the listen.
