Another great one by Sophie Kinsella

Wonderful story plot. This book had me smiling, giggling, and loving every minute of it.

Loved the story

This was a fun chic lit story, and the narrator was fantastic. She did a great job with all the different voices. Although I love chic flick movies, I don't normally read them and this was my first. It was not total fluff and I was pleasantly surprised that there was an underlying message (no spoiler). However, I could do without all the "F" words and the one sex scene, which I fast forwarded.

One of my favorites

This has been one of my favorite books ever. Read it twice on paperback and listened to it at least 5 times now. I love the story and character development. It’s almost like a backwards Cinderella, and I don’t understand why this doesn’t have a movie yet.

Fun story, liked the narration!

I love Sophie Kinsella books (I've read the Shopaholic series), and this one did not disappoint! It was a fun read like her other chick lit books, definitely an unrealistic story but that's what makes it fun and the overall theme is relatable which is struggling with work-life balance. Since the story involves housekeeping and cooking, I was actually inspired to cook and clean while listening to this book! I really liked the narrator, she had distinctive voices for each character (all English accents since the story takes place in England). My favorite voice that she does is her voice for Trish, what a character! Her voice for the main character, Samantha, reminds me so much of Caitriona Balfe's voice which I love. An overall enjoyable story and audiobook!

Kinsella always delivers fun!

Loved this fun, heartwarming tale! Has a bit of truth to it as well. Definitely recommend!

Funny and charming. the narrator is great. The story line is good with great characters

A nice listen

It started off kind of slow but as it went along, it picked up. I really enjoyed the last half of the book. Ending was pretty cute!

Light read between

Decent story. Needed a light read and it fit the bill. Maybe not super believable but I could get past.

I have not laughed so hard in years

Loved this book and will keep to reread over the years. Very fun enjoyed every bit.
