I love romantic historical novels.
I just loved Rachel. And her friends are so funny. The way she cope whit getting dumpt. I love the list. All singels would must likely not think of the ex so mutch, it there was a list to do..
It was fun from start to end. But the way her frinds is, and we must not forget Dan. The little bonus in the book.
She read the book the same way, i do it my self, so i just loved it.
The same as the book. That was way i wanted to bay the book.
Read this book. You will love it. Trust me.
I would not let my daughters read this because of the nature of the material
To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.
OK this is a British written book. This book is written in the style of a Sophie Kinsella book, however it misses it mark on so many fronts. There were some moments that were meant to be funny but just didn't quite do it. This is a story of a girl who is dumped by her boyfriend but he refuses to give her a reason as to the "time out." So begins her quest to change herself along with her two friends a gay male and her BFF. This is where the list making comes into play. She immediately makes a list of things to do to make herself not boring. If you need something light to read and want to follow a 28 year olds journey to self discovery, then by all means pick this one.
"Snappy,fun and witty."
One of the best ive read on audible so far. Coulndt stop listening. Going to get all authors books now.
"Love Love Loved This Book"
I think they both are great, however, I am always traveling on trains and buses and feel very sick looking down so the audio was really helpful for me.
I laughed out loud throughout the book and sympathized with the character on many occasions. It was really well spoken and easy to get into.
"Excellent, better than reading it."
I'm always a little suspicious of audio books in the same way I am films as they can remove or limit the imagination reading induces. This book was different. I felt the audio actually enhanced it. Although I had read it many years ago this version brough the characters to life and I was able to visualise myself in the same situations. Excellent read, I'd recommend it.
"Very light but very good."
This is very light and fluffy chick-lit, but one of the better ones. The characters are well written and funny, the plot is silly but enjoyable and over all I spent a very happy few hours listening to it. I have a bad cold so it was perfect easy listening. The narrator is great, and the story was great. I'll be looking out for more audiobooks from these two.
