Slow start- fantastic ending

As I started this book I kept putting it down. However after a few chapters I couldn't put the book down.

Filled with fun mystery and lots of twists and turns. I couldn't wait to listen to more!

Great book for listening.

Il liked how the characters ere drawn with detail so one can see them well. Suspense until the very end. A good choice for either sex. 5 stars across the board.

Didn't know what to expect from this ,to me, unknown author...happy surprise!

Good, But Could Have Been Half the Length

I think the story overall was good but could have been half the length and would have been perfect! There were too many side stories that really were not necessary to the main plot of the story. I think the author was trying to add more depth to the characters but they had enough depth without the tiny side stories every 15 minutes. I ended up skipping through a lot because I just wanted it to get to the point! (of the actual story and the side story being told) The narration was not bad either. Not the best I have heard but you can listen without cringing. Overall, it was a good story

Well-done Family Saga

The premise of the story is reminiscent of "Bridges of Madison County" in that adult siblings find out the mother they thought they knew so well kept secrets, but the storyline is deeper and the children have to search harder for clues. A few times the clues they discover are a bit too "convenient" but this can be overlooked with no more than an eye roll or two, because the lives of the characters are interesting. Although I suspected I knew the mother's big secret early on, it was still fun to learn the "how's" and "whys" of how it all happened & enjoy the happy ending.

One of the Best Books I’ve ever “read!”

Characters were well developed, story line was amazing & a nice long “read” with a wonderful ending!

Intriguing family mystery

I enjoyed this story from beginning to end as the mystery unravels bit by bit. I like the narrator for the most part, but some of the accents are a bit off and distracting.

Great story

This was a wonderful story with many twists and turns. The reader was outstanding. Highly recommend this one!
