Good Book
This is a good direction in the series of the Lords of the Underworld. I am really looking forward to the next book and what part these two people play in it. There is also a glimpse into another book, I am looking forward to it also.

Wonderful story!!
I loved how Nike & Atlas were enemies, who became so much more!! They found their other half in each other. This was a great story!! With lots of emotion and ups & downs to get to the happy ever after. Max Bellmore did a wonderful job!! I enjoyed it very much!! I highly recommend it!! It is a great deal at $2.06. You won't want to miss it!

Every once in a while I seek out a short story for a steamy paranormal fix, and this one was great. Almost tempted to look into the series because the premise/backstory sounds like an interesting concept.

Simple and predictable.
Would you try another book from Gena Showalter and/or Max Bellmore?
I'd consider trying something a little longer. This book is a short listen and just didn't pull me into the characters enough.

I’ve literally read hundreds of story such as this one since I picked up my first romance novel at 13. There was nothing amazing about the story or the characters. The narrator did well but I think this is one of those stories that I’d have enjoyed more just reading rather than listening to.
