Im not going to lie. I have this book on my Kindle, but I couldnt get through it. It didnt peak my intrest. But with the miracle of audiobooks I gave it a chance. It seemed to drag on a bit in the beginning. Entertaining, but a bit slow. This book was all about the family falling apart. Not much drugs, violence, & "from the left" sex scenes. Well written, but something was a little off for me. NOW...the ending!! Thats what made me give this 4stars. As usual, great Ashley & Jaquavis, crazy ass ending....Ill be ready for part 5. This book is good, just get through the 1st half. its worth it.

LOVE the Cartel BOOKS!!!!
If you could sum up The Cartel 4 in three words, what would they be?
A great read. I started with this book and after reading this one, I had to go back to read the first three and then proceeded to the 5 one, now I can't wait to read the 6th one.
What did you like best about this story?
All of the main men characters are gangsters, yet they still know how to express deep love their women. And they're very smart and calculating, I love smart men, so this probably why I'm so drawn to these books.
What about Cary Hite’s performance did you like?
Love his voice interpretations, keeps me wanting to hear more. He brings the books to life.
