I really really loved this I enjoyed it a great deal ,I closed my eyes and felt the sun on my back and the dust in my eye's and was quite happy to be taken along the plains of America ,with our two heroins and their historical band of characters you will come across in this charming tale.Good humor and good drama the only grip I have is there isn't more of this type of book to choose from.(hint hint)

    "Amazing!"
Would you consider the audio edition of Sagebrush & Lace to be better than the print version?

I have not had the pleasure of reading the written version. The audio on the other hand was perfect, a beautiful story and an easy listen.

What other book might you compare Sagebrush & Lace to and why?

This is the first audio book I have been able to listen too the whole way through.

What does Secunda Wood bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Her voice was just perfect, not too loud and not too soft. She made all of the many different characters come to life!

If you could rename Sagebrush & Lace, what would you call it?

I think the title fits the book, I wouldn't change it at all.

    Any additional comments?

Loved it! A second book would be grand...

    Story
    "Extremely disappointing"
Would you try another book from Sugar Lee Ryder and J. D. Cutler and/or Secunda Wood?

I would not purchase another book from these authors. I would think twice before buying a book that was narrated by the narrator of this book, although, I might give it a try to see if the narrator was hampered by the lack of good material.

What was most disappointing about Sugar Lee Ryder and J. D. Cutler ’s story?

Within the first few chapters, it is abundantly clear that this story could never have occurred. The language used is language of today and not that of the 1870s. The historical figures were unrealistic and I have to wonder what research the authors may actually have done.

What didn’t you like about Secunda Wood’s performance?

The fact that on occasion the voice for the different characters were mixed up. Again, though, perhaps a better job could have been done if the content of the story had been better.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Sagebrush & Lace?

All of the ones with references to historical figures.

What would have made Sagebrush & Lace better?

My advice to the author - read Louis L'Amour und meaby you'll becom a better writer...

Has Sagebrush & Lace turned you off from other books in this genre?

    no way

What didn’t you like about Secunda Wood’s performance?

    It's ok.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Sagebrush & Lace?

    each and every one!

    "Better than I thought."

This was another story that turned out slightly better than I thought it would. Narrator was not bad either.
