Publisher's Summary

From New York Times best-selling author Stephanie Tyler, writing as SE Jakes....

Truth or dare. Ever since superspy Cillian moved into Prophet's building, their game of Steal the Couch has been funny to Prophet but a thorn in Tom's side. Then Prophet gets bored one night during an ice storm and insists on playing another simple game with Tom: Truth or Dare. In exchange for one of Prophet's truths, Tom steals the couch one last time. But Prophet's truths are never easy - Tom should know that by now - and this one raises questions neither of them quite knows how to answer. In response, Tom finds himself laying claim to Prophet in the most basic way he knows how. And he finds that he doesn't mind it in the least when Prophet returns the favor.

"Another great installment to this series"

This is a short story mostly cementing Prophet and Tommy’s relationship. Prophet’s eyesight is getting worse, and Tommy knows about it now. Prophet still doesn’t know how to find John and we still don’t know if John is good, bad or somewhere in between.

Cillian’s couch gets stolen by Tommy as a dare and subsequently destroyed and the boys then proceed to have some very hot sex involving said couch.

I really love Tommy and Prophet as a couple and this is a sweet/hot interlude between them while we await more news about John. It satisfies the need to see them as a couple, outside of a dangerous situation and has some of the steamiest scenes since book 2. (IMHO) I loved the “claiming/marking” that Tommy does in this story and see it as another way the couple commit to each other.

I can’t wait for the next installment and I know that if you are following the series you won’t want to miss this novella.

I highly recommend it and give it 4.5 of 5 hearts.

I love Adam's take on the characters. He's a great Prophet and Cillian is my second favorite of his characters. Loved this in audio form.
