I was pleased with both of the narrators and with the actual story line. This book developed well; nothing was drawn out or suspenseful. Listeners can relate to both of the main characters, who are hiding secrets from each other and from the world, but who fall in love with each other despite their flaws. The ending was sell served by the author. I look forward to buying her sequel. I highly recommend this book to everyone who is not perfect but who is at least honest about it.
This was a very well written book! I loved it. The female narrator made a lot of smacking nosies that was hard to listen to, but all in all it was a great book.
I loved this book. Although there were a lot of pauses by the narrator, overall, they both did an excellent job. Can't wait to listen to the sequel "It's Like That".
I enjoyed this very much. A beautiful story about being steadfast in your love for another person. Acceptance, compassion and understanding, are all imperative elements for unconditional love. Not to mention one of the main characters; Porter had me laughing out loud. His logic really appealed to "my type" of humor. Good read... :)
ok, this is a good book to listen to, but it made my skin crawl listening to both of the narrators swallow and smacking in between lines. I kept listening to find out what happen at the end.
it was ok. I heard coughing in the background. the narrator sound like she needed a cup of water. I believe this is the worst audible I have heard. as much as I don't want to use my credit ; I must for a sequel if there is one. overall the story was good. female narrator gross.
this is one of the Chick Lit you can not spend too much time thinking about just listen. Good reader
I wish the narrators would swallow and smack so much while reading. Wish I had heard this one before I heard the second book. But now I know where the story began.
