"would of been amazing if not for the narrator"
no i have always loved the books and thought it would be nice to listen to them instead.
christian grey for sure lol u just feel him pull u in to the story
i didnt like her trying to play the part of the male characters that was the biggest disappointment for me while listening to the story. there should of been both a male and female narrator to tell the story then i would of given it 100/100
it will be on the 14th feb 2015 and i cant wait to go see it
u should be able to change the narrator reading the books if your not happy with them that way everyones happy
"it is all about the sex?"
I have only listened to the audio version so can't compare to written text, but my experience of audio is that its always better than the written text as I like the interpretation the narrator puts into the story
Becca Battoes charactorisation of both Anastasia and Christian
the none sex scenes, the general storyline was ok
if I had time yes but as don't made do with listening to it in bits as I always do
although this book has been published as porn, there were other elements to this book that were good, although the story line wasn't overly strong, it does lead to 2 much better books
The story was lazily written with the odd big work in each paragraph to sound intellectual.
I haven't listened to Becca Battoe's other performances so I can't compare however I think the performance was quite good.
Avoid this book in any form. It is lazily written pron.
I found myself getting very bored listening to this book because the story seemed to be very boring and due to my personal thoughts about it- the main character seems to be very stupid and naive and that got me irritated when I was listening to the book.
But this is my personal taste. I got this because my friends kept telling me about how great it is, I was disappointed.
the jeremiah hunt chronicle . The books seem to be amazing!
Yes the tone of voice and intonations were very good, and I agree to female reading this book was a good choice
the main femal character needs to be changed in my opinion to someone who is not as naive
This was my first experience on audible and it was fantastic. I could listen any time any place anywhere and i loved it. I was addicted to this book and couldn't stop listening!
There was more than one memorable moment
I tried reading the book but found it abit long and repetative and gave up on it but then decided to get it on audible and found it addictive and exciting...which then led me on to the other two books in the series which were also fantastic and addictive.
I Loved them all equally.
Wouldn't let me listen to anything past 20 minutes. Narrator hasthr most annoying robotic voice, do not waste money or time.
"Fifty Shades and counting"
This trilogy is not just about bdsm , i feel that the whole story is a very good explanation of the two characters journey through their relationship, its a great love story if you like.
Christian, because the story shows his struggle with feeling and love realisticly.
not one in particular, all good
Id like to hear/read more of the 'shades of Christian', hearing it from his point of view was very interesting.
first audiobook and its not going to be my last i thought it was a really good book and i liked the person to was talking
nothing i can think im it was so different and i liked it alot
all it it i thought she was great
"I thought I would really enjoy this book."
Fury of Desire by Coreene Callahan
Granted I liked the email conversions between the two protagonists there was a spark of fun and tension, but its not enough.
I listened through parts one and two almost 7 hours each, but in the end it bored me so much I could not be bothered to listen to the last 2 hours of part three! I was firstly surprised that a book that was reported to be erotica had escaped its niche into main stream publishing. While it promised to give a good dose of sexual suspense what is delivered was so drawn out it put me to sleep. What is sad for devotes of erotica is this is really detrimental to the genre. It could well put off potential future readers!
I read only the first 3 chapters and could not stand the female lead character
Can i get a refund please
