Love is like Catching Fire

This novel takes you into the heart of a Wildfire. Living in Montana I have always known about the Missoula smoke jumpers, taking this personal look into the operation was exhilarating! Chasing Fire allowed me to experience the adventure and terror that goes into catching fire with notes of love and devastation. I highly recommend it!

Good strong female character

I think the reason I enjoy listening to Nora Roberts is that whilst the romance is a key theme in the book her female characters are so strong in their own right and Rowan Trip was no different.

Chasing Fire

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I did recomment this audiobook to my sister and she loved it. It is a fast paced interesting story. I commute 2 hours each way 4 days a week and like I told my sister, it's a really good thing when a book is so interesting that you can't wait to get into the car to hear more!

Who was your favorite character and why?

I loved them all but our heroine was my favorite because of her courage and strength.

Have you listened to any of Rebecca Lowman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I have not, but I would again. I would even perhaps seek her out. She did a beautiful job.

If you could rename Chasing Fire, what would you call it?

The title is perfect the way it is.

A truly enjoyable read. Great for the summer. But we are coming out of winter and I absolutely loved it!

Great listen. Interesting story that keeps a good pace. Rebecca Lowman's performance makes a perfect Rowan (main character). Engaging from beginning to end.
