From New York Times best-selling author Eric Jerome Dickey comes this sexy novel brimming with the steamy voices of three desperately intertwined lovers.
Dickey centers the story on an L.A.-based writer who is obsessed with gorgeous, nubile Nicole - the very same woman who left him at the altar just three years before. Nicole is torn between her ongoing love for him and her passion for the beautiful Ayanna. It’s time for Nicole to make a decision - keep the writer and lose Ayanna, or try to accommodate both and risk losing everything in a conflagration of uninhibited sexuality.
Fashionable and hot, this irresistible book will delight you with its sensuous view of the bedroom when the lights are out and the candles are lit.

"This is another spicy slice of African-American dramatic fiction from an author who seems only to get better." (Publishers Weekly)
Yes. The narrator's voice was excellent!
The unnamed lead character is my favorite. He unselfish act of love at the end won me over.
Dion's voice was perfect for this novel.
The unnamed lead character because of his love for Nicole.
This story was awesome like EJD's many other books. His stories are never predictable and love the complexites of his characters
I've been an avid reader since I was a child. I love different types of writing styles and I am never afraid to try new authors.
I found myself disliking Nicole the more I listened to the book. I found her to be very selfish and I couldn't understand how she could use 2 people so wrecklessly. And more importantly; why did these 2 individuals stick by her through all the crap she sent their way? I think what Nicole asked them to endure was more than they should have. Ultimately I would have liked to see both people dump Nicole and her learn a lesson about how distructive she was. The ending was drug out way too long and I didn't connect with Nicole because I found her actions beyond reasonable and I couldn't imagine both people sticking by her side after the way she had treated them for years. I was rooting for Nicole to get slapped down.
