Great book

Although I found this book less exciting than the first two of the series, it was still a great read. Beautiful story.

Christian fiction/romance

The author does a great job at painting a picture of what life may have been like in ancient Rome for Christians, gladiators, etc. I would read it again.

A got to Read!!

What a wonderful writer! This books captures you on page one and won’t let you go until you get to the end. Also, the audible reader was simply phenomenal, the way he was able to capture the nuances of the author’s story was engaging and daunting. Definitely a Must Read!

As Sure as the Dawn

This final installment is the darkest of the three, but it was a great ending to an amazing series.

Can I get a Whoop, Whoop??

Where does As Sure as the Dawn rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Somewhere in the top 10.

What does Richard Ferrone bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings life to the character, he adds more depth to how I picture them.

Any additional comments?

As Sure as Dawn is the final book in the Mark of the Lion trilogy. You know how when you read a trilogy or series, you have one book that stands out. Not with this one. All three books can hold it's own, yet completes this saga. There is no favorite, yet all is my favorite if that makes any sense whatsoever. I highly recommend this series.

This is a great series.

If you love historical fiction, you will love all of the books in the series. They're pretty historically accurate, the author obviously put in the work to know about the geographical regions and religions in that time..
