Publisher's summary

When she’s sent back to the past she finds new hope for the future.

Hannah Sutton prides herself on being a strong, independent woman, perfectly in control of her career and personal life. But her orderly existence is upended when she and her sisters travel to Scotland and jump off an enchanted waterfall as a lark. After blacking out, she finds herself marooned near a castle in England, alone. Everyone she meets appears to be a devoted reenactor, dressed from head to toe in medieval gear, but soon the truth becomes undeniable. Hannah has traveled back in time.

Tristan wasn’t meant to be a lord, but his bravery and prowess in battle earned him the lordship of Saxford. Now, he faces a challenge that might very well unseat him - his 10-year truce with Saxford’s biggest enemy is about to come to an end. It’s the worst possible time for a mysterious woman to wash up on his beach, especially one who claims to be from the future. But the beguiling beauty quickly gets under his skin, and he realizes there might be something to her claim.

Hannah and Tristan have an immediate attraction that grows deeper, and the longer she stays at Saxford, the more she begins to question if she wants to return to the future - or make a future with her medieval knight.

The Enchanted Falls Trilogy follows three sisters as they find love after falling though time. Each audiobook can be listened to as a standalone, but the stories are linked.

Good read.

Good second book in a series. A lot like the first. Narration was good. Some issues with the heroine but overall not an altogether bad story.

Love through time

This is a great book by Cecelia Mecca and I can’t wait to read the other books in this series to see what happens. I love the story of two people fighting what they feel instantly. The writing drew me in. The narrator of the story has a soothing voice that was engaging.

Exciting

This was an awesome book. I loved every minute of my listening pleasure. I so enjoy time travel stories and this one does not disappoint. I’m happy she wasn’t able to get back so she could spend time falling in love.

This story is excellent!

Cecelia Mecca has written a beautiful, exciting, passionate love story. The heroine Hannah is a feisty character. I loved this story from start to end. Paul Woodson is a disappointment. He cannot do a believable English or Scottish accent. For some reason in his efforts, some words come across with a twinge of a southern accent. I have listened to tons of audiobooks narrated by Paul & it is always the exact same attempt at accents, the same lack of performance and the same thought of wishing Tim Campbell, Dave Gillies or Brad Wills were the narrator. With that said, I still recommend this audiobook.

Another lovely story of the second sister Hannah

This was a nice book. I enjoyed it better than the first one. The writer did a good job of writing it as a stand alone while linking it too. Loved reading about Hannah and the impact her being in the past made.

Was any research done?

So very stupid, lairds are not awarded to the valiant, it is hereditary. Dialogue idiotic along with our woman time traveller. So disappointing.
