Excellent read for any coach!
Truly excellent best practice information on training skills and coaching people not the sport. Well tailored to the youth and junior level sports and not too soccer specific either. I coach a volley all team at a university and still found the information very helpful and interesting even after years of researching these things. Beyond worthwhile read for any coach.

Great book with concrete ideas
Surprisingly good! These sort of books tent to be redundant and fluffy, not this book. It had concrete ideas and I never felt like the author was dragging out a points just to fill a chapter.
