Publisher's summary

For the five rock gods of Sole Regret, finding love is easy, keeping it is hard. This anthology contains the first three novellas in the One Night with Sole Regret series.

In Try Me, Sole Regret's crafty drummer, Gabe "Force" Banner, seduces a straight-laced accountant before she realizes she's talking to a rock star. In Tempt Me, Sole Regret's troubled lead guitarist, Adam Taylor, might finally be ready to commit to the woman who saved him from a life of despair and abuse. In Take Me, Sole Regret's enigmatic vocalist, Jacob "Shade" Silverton, tries to keep his cool around one off-limits woman from his past, but she just might be too hot to resist.

Three books not One!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Can be one at a time.

Any additional comments?

Good, but I did not realize it was three in one.

OC minus a story = erotica?

What did you like best about Try Me, Tempt Me, Take Me? What did you like least?

The sex scenes are hot as usual!

What was most disappointing about Olivia Cunning’s story?

The fact that there was no story. There were three short pieces that did NOT showcase anything but lust and physical contact. OC is a very talented writer. I do not understand the direction she is taking since the amazing sinners on tour books ended. She published the Sinners at the altar which was truly a disappointment and then this new series. It did not work for me at all to have 3 separate stories because there was no time to get to know the characters at all before lunging into steamy sex scenes.

unbelievably bad

Any additional comments?

save your hard earned credits, stay away!! this book is nothing like the Sinner's series. I had high hopes that crashed so hard. in the Sinner's series, the guys start out as douchey manwhores, then one by one they fall in love and calm down. Soul Regret start as douchey manwhores and stay that way. only one of them follows the sinners storyline, the rest of the book is dirty sex scenes and them being jerks in general. seriously dissapointing.

A Poor Imitation of the Sinners Series

The first story about Gabe had potential but these 3 short stories were all about meaningless sex and not realistic character development. Try, Tempt Me, Take Me was a huge disappointment after engrossing books like Backstage Pass.

Simplistic novellas

Three short erotic stories set around a rock band. There is little to no character development, and pretty much nothing happens besides sex. Most of the action is just people thinking about the past our worrying about the future. The author's Sinners series is more developed and interesting, along with the spin off Exodus End series, both Eric novels centered around rock bands.

Really not that great

I am a total Olivia Cunning Fan and a major fan of the Sinners on Tour, but I just didn't like this at all. I actually found this to be a slight dimmer version of Sinners. Justine O. Keef really did try, but no. Just no Sinner justice here. I have been patiently waiting for book 4 (Eric's story) to come out so I can finally get to Trey... but this came out so I decided to get it to fill in... but I wish I hadn't. I wasted 22 bucks... I will be getting that back.. I mean it was decent but just not Sinner quality. Not worth the time... even some of the characters where cheap versions of Sinner characters...such a disappointment.

Not worth the credit or buy. Maybe a sale...if you have the Sinner Series.

Unbelievable

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

The first story in the anthology wasn't bad, a typical one night stand turned so much more. I cold live with that. I find it hard to believe anyone would be okay with the last two books.

What could Olivia Cunning have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Not made Tempt Me and Take me seem so tawdry and morally suspect.

What three words best describe Justine O. Keef’s voice?

I've listened to a number of her narrations before and she's one of my top five.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I like Olivia's writing, I just really did not like the characters histories or how they came to be together as "couples".

don't bother

Any additional comments?

I didn't realize it is three mini-stories...they are very disjointed. I was disappointed because I love the other Olivia Cunning books.
