Call it what it is: erotica

Really good erotica with decent narration (voices could have been more varied). The story itself was lacking - and parts of the book that weren't all about sex were exceptionally cheesy. The author did cover some important themes, but the story was so segmented and random that they mostly caused me to roll my eyes. If you want to read erotica, read this. It covers a wide array of sexual fantasies. If you want a good romance novel, this is definitely not it.

Hot stuff

The book was very enjoyable. However the narrator took a little getting used to as the voices of the characters were very similar and hard to differentiate. The story itself was simple in its theme but did have some unusual elements. The concept of the first meeting was different. The sex scenes long and drawn out but in a good way. I thoroughly recommend this book but definitely needs to be listened to in private. Really hot stuff.

Loved it! It was pretty dang blasted awesome and cool and lesbians are the best!!!!!!

I like how the story started out. And the 13 hours referred to in the title are almost the best part.

The narrator didn’t have distinct voices for any of the characters, but her tone got the tone of the book. And she spoke distinctly, which is necessary for some of us.

Too much

This story was nice while going on in the elevator. Inspiring sex scenes! Then it became too much. Yes, I know it is an erotic romance, but some other elements would have deepened the story a bit. I did'nt finish, so far. But, I guess I'll keep the book for the elevator part.

Great book, but a little long

This book starts out great. There's a lot of romance and even a little plot to hold it all together. But there's a certain point where it just keeps dragging out. She keeps jumping forward in time and giving you snapshots of how their relationship is happily evolving. This could be sweet and satisfying, but instead just feels way too stretched out.

Whew! Sexy story.

This book is 85% sex and edgy sex. This book could have used a plot, but maybe that was not the plan? Ever drop your phone and accidentally have your book start up at the office? This is the one you DO NOT want to do that. LOL.

Now that’s an erotic audiobook!

Wow! To me, erotica read aloud can either be a really hot experience or a really silly one, depending on whether or not it’s done well. Alicyn Aimes NAILS (no pun intended) IT. Her voice is super sexy, and her performance of this pleasure-filled book is fully committed. As for the book itself, I really enjoyed it and it’s MC’s. I’ve only recently discovered Meghan O’Brien, but she’s been a remarkable find for me. Few erotica writers bother to blend the steamy sex with well-developed characters that form a true connection the reader can care about, let alone any semblance of a plot. This book is a shining example of Ms. O’Brien’s ability to manage that blend perfectly.
